This presentation will narrow in on the kinds of queer and transnational knowledges and ways of living embodied by these poli-creatives and nurtured within these mycorrhizal assemblages. I show these poli-creatives use knowledges to respond to their material conditions in greater LA and move towards collective survival. To do so, I unpack the following interconnected examples: financial interdependence, creative autonomy, and healing.
